*Official Rules
1. SPECIFICS: No Purchase Necessary to Win. The Homespun Hearth Quiltabulous Drawing entries begins January 1, 2011 12:00 am EST and ends December 31, 2011 12:00pm EST. All entrants must be/become Homespun Hearth Newsletter Members, therefore all entrants must have Internet access for eligibility. When orders are placed, membership is automatic. Please see step 3 if you do not place an order, but would like to be registered for the drawing.. Please note: Homespun Hearth will not reimburse for any Internet, phone and usage charges incurred by your online/phone service or US mail costs. The Quiltabulous Grand Prize Drawings will be held January 1, 2012, and the winners of all Quiltabulous Grand prizes will be notified via email. In addition to the Quiltabulous Grand Prize Drawings, Homespun Heart will also have a Monthly Drawing. All orders placed during a month qualify for the Monthly Drawing. Monthly Drawings will be held No Later Than the 3rd of the following month (ie: Drawing for the January registrants will be held no later than February 3, and so on) -- all winners will also be announced via our regular Newsletters or Quinny Alerts..
2. PRIZES: Prizes as listed on our Sponsorship page will be awarded throughout the year for our Monthly Drawings and at the Quiltabulous Grand Prizes to be held 1/1/2012. Odds of winning the any and all Prizes will depend on the number of orders placed and mailed in registrations sent to Homespun Hearth during 2011. Odds of winning the Monthly Drawings depends on the number of orders placed and mailed in registrations sent to Homespun Hearth during each month. There will be multiple prize drawings winners each month and there will be more than 3 dozen prizes awarded for the Quiltabulous Grand Prize Drawings - the number of prizes from each sponsor varies. For instance, there will be just One winner of the Arrow Sewing Suite, however there will be 6 Winners of a Warm N White Batting Pack.
3. HOW TO ENTER: All customers who place an order during the year are automatically entered into the drawing. The more orders a customer places, the more chances he/she has to win. All orders placed during a single month are eligible for that month's drawing, as well as for the Quiltabulous Grand Prize drawings. There is no minimum order valued required to be eligible. You may place as many orders as you like during any given month, and each order qualifies you for the monthly drawing as well as the Quiltabulous Grand Prize drawings. You may also send us your entry via first class US mail. Simply put your name, address, email address and phone number on a 3x5 card, and at the top of the card state "10 Year Quiltabulous Celebration" . Mail the 3x5 card to Homespun Hearth, Inc, 15954 Jackson Creek Pkwy, Suite B # 546, Monument CO 80132. You may mail one entry card per month. Any extras will be discarded.
4. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO WIN: This Contest/Drawing is open to All quilters who are 18 years of age or older at time of Entry who place an order at Homespun Hearth during the contest period of January 1 2011 through December 31, 2011 or who mail us a 3x5 card as mentioned in step 3 above.. All orders must be placed by midnight December 31, 2011 and all First Class mail must arrive No Later Than December 31, 2011.
5. CONDITIONS: No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize will be permitted - prizes have no cash value. Only one of each Grand Prizes as listed. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Contestants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and acceptance of a the prize constitutes permission for Homespun Hearth to use all winner's names for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting any of the prizes, winners agree not to hold Homespun Hearth, any of the Sponsors, or any of its respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, and advertising and promotional agencies harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by any of the prizes awarded.
6. INDEMNIFICATION: By participating, all contestants consent and agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold innocent Homespun Hearth and any and All Sponsors and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, advertising and promotional agencies from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the process of this contest as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any contest-related activity, prizes, or participation in this contest.
