Calling all quilters, sewers and crafters! American Patchwork & Quilting is challenging all of us to join hands and put our efforts together to  "Make a Pillowcase, Make a Difference."   Every pillowcase can make a difference in somebody's life in your town, community, world. A pillowcase can provide comfort, hope, encouragement, and beauty for anybody less fortunate than ourselves.

At Homespun Hearth, we are proud to host this Challenge, and so in keeping of the spirit of giving, we hope to incentivize all of you to participate.

~ Homespun Hearth is offering Free Pillowcase Patterns that you can download at your convenience.

~ For Each Pillowcase Challenge Kit that you purchase from Homespun Hearth, we will donate $1 toward the American Red Cross Haiti Effort.

~ For Each Pillowcase that you send to Homespun Hearth for donation toward a Haitian Orphanage, your name will be entered into each of 3 $50 Gift Certificate drawings to be held in 2010.
