The Rose panel, sold separately,  has a total of 15 different florals -- and you can make 4 of them into mats with this starter kit.  If you want to make all 15 Florals into Quilter's Treat Mats, then you would need to purchase 4 of these starter  kits.

Measuring approx 9" x 9", the kit includes the strip fabric, binding and backing to complete 4 mats, as well as easy-to-follow instructions.
