Many of you are familiar with the gorgeous Road to Hana, and many of you have dreamed of traversing along the hairpin turns on the cliffs above the sea that make this such a remarkable journey. This quilt, "Hana Highway" was designed by Chris of Whirligig Designs, and it captures the color and movement of such a trip .. and we want you to join us as we tour this beautiful island of Maui. Featuring the Maui collection of the Stonehenge fabrics by Northcott, this quilt measures 60 1/2" square, and the kit includes all of the fabric required to complete the quilt top as shown, including binding, as well as easy-to-follow instructions. Aiding in the process is foundation piecing for the quilt interior arcs and melons (yes, just like a wedding ring quilt) as well as the Tri/Recs ruler (available here) to aid in the outer border. Optional backing is also available.
