Sign up for the 2013 Quilting in the Rockies Retreat here - We've added an Extra Day!!!  This is your initial deposit, and please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

For Rooming Type, please note that we cannot guarantee a roommate match.  If you do not have a roommate, then you will need to sign up for a single.  Let us know that you are wanting a roommate, and we will do our best to find you a match, and then will modify the reservation and make the necessary financial adjustments.. 

This year we offer 2 Payment types.  The deadline for final complete payment is Aug 1, 2013.

#1 - Payment Plan Pro-rated we will take the number of months from the date of sign up until August, and divide by amount due for an equal amount.

For example -- if you sign up in February 2013, you would pay the $125 deposit in February, and then March through August (1st of the month) we would automatically charge your card $145.66 per month for the remaining balance (Mar - Aug).  This has been very beneficial for the retreaters to help make it very affordable. 

#2 - All at Once Plan
If you prefer, you can pay your deposit at the time of your reservation, and then the final balance will be due on or before Aug 1, 2013
