A new monthly series by Christine Rieke of Homebodies that are wonderfully whimsical for your folk art decor. This easy-to-make month-by-month series includes both the head and shoulders doll as well as the stitchery pattern as shown on the pattern cover and a larger version inside the pattern. The dolls use a simple piece of a 2 x 4 for the base, which makes this design quick to make and more sturdy; 9 of the 12 shown use Woolfelt, the other 3 are finished in homespun. Finished doll sizes range from 7" to 11" wide x 9" to 13" tall. Stitchery finished size is approximately 6" x 6".
