Quilt Retreat Dates:
Sunday 9/23 - Starting at 2:00pm through Friday 9/28 - Departing by 9:00am

Where: Meadow Creek Retreat Center, Pine CO

As per phone discussion, the retreat includes room(sleeping arrangements as discussed), all meals including drinks, all snacks & all fabric for the mystery project/s.
Pricing/Payment Options: The cost of the retreat is $1150 per person (plus tax), and they require the following dates for payments:
$250 deposit due (per person), by 1/17/2018
$325 due by 4/15/2018 (this makes it 1/2 payment)
$575 due by 6/15/2018 (this is the 2nd half of payment)

You have the following options, but please note that each payment is non-refundable:
Option 1 - Pay Entire Amount Now

Option 2 - Pay Each of the 3 Installments as Due
$250 Now, $325 on 4/15, $575 on 6/15

Option 3 - Pay the Deposit now, and Pro-rated amount on the 15th of each month for 5 months:
$250 Now
$180 on 2/15, 3/15, 4/15, 5/15 & 6/15.

Please note - the deposit is per person, not per room.
